While on a walk, I stumbled across a cardboard sign that read “LOST EVERYTHING GOD BLESS!” laying in the grass at the corner of Lafayette avenue & Delaware avenue, “Billionaires Row” neighborhood, in Gates Circle, Buffalo, New York (West of Main Street). East of Main street is where ~ 85% of the Black people live. Buffalo, New York is the 6th most racially segregated cities in the settler America. What settler america calls Buffalo, NY is Tetiohosero:ken, occupied Tsonontowane’a:ka (Seneca) territory.
Billionaires Row is a historically wealthy & thus white neighborhood in Buffalo, New York. Billionaires Row is also a heavily policed zone by both private & state militia. It’s not a coincidence that somebody LOST EVERYTHING, including their sign, where there are new townhomes being built, rumors estimating at costs upwards of million in the 4th poorest city in settler america.
Next to those townhomes is an apartment building that’s a national landmark, originally a hotel built in 1924 by 3 white brothers who were architects from Chicago, Illinois & ran an architecture firm known for building luxury hotels throughout the U.S.. Over time the luxury hotels were transformed into privately secured luxury condominiums.
Somebody lost everything at the corner of the neighborhood block lined with well maintained mansions built in the early 1900s.

“LOST EVERYTHING GOD BLESS!” 📍at the corner of Billionaires’ Row. Across from them is a luxury retirement home with top notch security, where the rich, often those who lived on Billionaires Row, send their elderly. At night, you can see silhouettes of people, looking Westward, in the glass pane windows & balconies. Gates Circle lies West of Main Street in Buffalo, NY. Most recent US Census data shows that ~ 15% of the Black people in the city of Buffalo live West of Main Street. Billionaires Row lies sandwiched between Main Street & Delaware Avenue, within the first mile west of Main Street.

…I can only hope that they left their sign behind for a good reason, because they didn’t need it anymore.
